I was tasked with developing a fresh personal brand mark for Hamish Riddell, effectively conveying his distinctive consulting service centered around Learnership™ – an integrated learning model aimed at enhancing capability within individuals, teams, and organisations, all while addressing tangible business hurdles.
A key facet of the project involved crafting one-of-a-kind illustrations, each meticulously handmade to embody cognitive contemplation and the inception of ideas, akin to the spontaneous brainstorming on the back of a napkin. These bespoke illustrations were seamlessly woven into a dynamic banner design for Hamish's website, reminiscent of swirling post-it notes, mirroring the tools he employs in his workshops.
